    SPEED

Haven't seen anything available yet from any sources. Don't think Kawasaki will do anything, but hopefully aftermarket software/hardware will show up. Would thing Kawasaki would offer a DOT 25 mph street legal version at some point, and I would certainly buy it.

    2025 NAV4e, Dead Battery

Yay! Glad you delved into it and found the solution. Looks like the onboard battery management system went into a protection mode due to low voltage. Apparently there is a heating system in the batteries for cold weather, and perhaps that ran them down in your cold weather. Even here in...

    2025 NAV4e, Dead Battery

This is the battery user guide: IP_PROTRX_User_Manual_M-48V60-TRX-HD_2025-05-27_V2.15_WEB.pdf https://share.google/pmDjgllxFKwDpfMv4

    2025 NAV4e, Dead Battery

I went outside and looked at the batts. There is a button on the top of each one which appears to cycle off/ on. Maybe something you should try, as a possible reset of the onboard mngt system of the battery.

    2025 NAV4e, Dead Battery

I'm not up to speed on the lithium batteries, so I don't won't to steer you wrong. There's lots of info online and on YouTube regarding jumping them.

    2025 NAV4e, Dead Battery

Yes. I believe it's either the charger or the charger is sensing to low of a voltage to begin charging. Had that issue once on an EZGO lead acid cart, where I had to find a non-smart charger to get enough charge going before switching back to the smart charger. (portable car jump starters...

    2025 NAV4e, Dead Battery

I believe the 12v battery runs the lights, radio and horn. I could be wrong there, but it makes sense. I plan to purchase the full service manual when my warranty runs out, as I enjoy working on my equipment. The 12v battery is tucked away behind the dash driver side front corner. Not easy to...

    2025 NAV4e, Dead Battery

Check the fault/error indicator code lights on the charger. Also the simple stuff like the fuses, run/tow switch position etc. Did the voltage drain to completely empty? If so, the smart charger may not even sense enough voltage to begin charging. Also, the NAV has a secondary 12v battery...

Do you have anything here? (Gas Pedal)

Same thing. Never noticed it before.

    Screen Turning Off/Carplay Disconnects

Haven't seen that issue, but did find loose ground wires at the 12 volt buss bar as well as at the 12 volt battery under dash. The battery ground was not tight at all, and even the positive wire needed a turn of the wrench. If your issue continues, I would certainly check that.

Accessory review: rear trunk for NAV not a golf cart golf cart

I removed most of those required safety warning decals all around the body and frame, except for the one just to the left of the steering column. They kind of detract from the beautiful styling and finish of the NAV. If you're gonna do it, now is the time....before they bake on.

Huge price drop on the Kawasaki NAV

Good comments, and I agree with you about the built-in Kawasaki quality. What's your opinion about the road noise from those knobby tires on the street? I wish it were quieter, and I don't notice this on other carts in my neighborhood. Maybe that have road tires?

    Accessory review: backup camera

Let me know what you think of it. I've been contemplating adding the camera since I have to back down a narrow side area to get to it's covered parking area. The camera has been out of stock and just recently shows available again.

    Accessory review: Side mirrors

The mirrors were a bit of a struggle to get on until, like you, I figured it out. My issue was getting the clamp opening squeezed closed enough to get the bolts in. Did not need to remove the windshield, although that is easy to do. Tip: if you ever do remove the windshield, pay particular...

Hifonics audio head unit glitch + solution

Hifonics has fixed the glitch, so depending on your build date, it may already be updated. They sent me a firmware update back in October, but I haven't performed the update process yet. They said that leaving the subwoofer toggle "on", even if you don't have the subwoofer, then you won't have...
