I just received an email from Kawasaki announcing some big price drops!

The NAV 4e now starts at $9,999
The NAV 4e KE now starts at $11,999
The NAV 4e Limited now starts at $14,999

Now that's some serious savings! Just in time for the holidays, too!

I got it even a bit below the new MSRP and couldn’t be happier. If you’re like me, there’s something else you will notice about this vehicle, it is quality in every single spot, and whoever thought out all the different design features and how the accessories fit together was pure genius. Just looking at the wheels and the suspension underneath you can understand the quality of this compared to most golf carts. Look at the screen unit in the dash, that was taken from one of their other off-road vehicles I’m certain, it is unbelievable, and even has Apple CarPlay and Google whatever. The stock speakers in the limited are a little bit lightweight, but I can’t justify spending the extra for the subwoofer at this point.

If you’re like me, you didn’t even know Kawasaki made a golf cart. I was looking at Yamaha‘s and my wife was kind of being a downer on the gas engine that I liked. A Kawasaki ad popped up and it led to one thing after another. I think most people go to golf cart stores looking for their golf cart, in this case, you actually have to go to a larger Kawasaki dealer to find the ones that cover NAVs, but it is worth it in the end. It is really a cool vehicle and love everything about it. I hope the NAV dealers in your area will let you actually drive it. InFlorida, I could do the ride along, but not drive it for “insurance reasons“ but recommend Kawasaki look at that policy and change it immediately so that people can try these things out!!

As far as the ride, it is unbelievably great. It is not harsh, we have our tire pressure set at 18 psi. It is a joy to rip around our housing developments on our multi cart/bicycle/walking paths. In the last couple days since I got it, I have had to fight the adult kids for the keys because everybody loves driving. We live close enough, about a mile away, from a super cool shopping area that we can go drive it to and tons of restaurants in this part of Florida so it is a blast.

Good comments, and I agree with you about the built-in Kawasaki quality.
What's your opinion about the road noise from those knobby tires on the street? I wish it were quieter, and I don't notice this on other carts in my neighborhood. Maybe that have road tires?

Yeah, it the tires — which we like because we aren’t a full golf cart paved community and occasionally need to get onto a dirt path or grassy area, multi path (walkers, bicyclists, and golf carts), and lots of little jerks on their e-bikes 🤣. My wife is actually a lover of the big wheel and “meaty tire look” compared to the little 8”ers on actual golf course carts - so she like the jamming down the road feel and sound. 100% agree you could put on normal road tires and that thing would be quiet!!

Here’s why it’s a financial flop.

Because it doesn’t go over 19 mph, it can’t be street legal in Florida. So, it will only ever have a niche market. They should have taken the lead from the shit bag Chinese carts and ensured they could be street legal……at least in Florida. Their biggest potential market.

These carts are far superior to any US or Chinese brand. They just didn’t care about being successful. Almost seems like they intended it to be a flop.

My concern at this point is whether Kawasaki is going to continue making the NAV. They haven't released a 2026 model that I have seen. I believe the platform has huge potential, but the huge drop in MSRP certain seems to indicate that they are not selling well. I have a dealer close by that has them listed out the door at $1000 below MSRP. Very temping but I wonder is Kawasaki is going to cut their losses and drop the line.
