Screen Turning Off/Carplay Disconnects

Hello,

Is anyone else experience their screen on the NAV going off randomly and their carplay disconnecting randomly? We took our NAV to the dealership and they said they fixed it, but we are still having issues.

Haven't seen that issue, but did find loose ground wires at the 12 volt buss bar as well as at the 12 volt battery under dash. The battery ground was not tight at all, and even the positive wire needed a turn of the wrench. If your issue continues, I would certainly check that.
