Short review 2025 NAV4e

I picked up my new Kawasaki NAV4e Limited about two weeks ago, and presently have about 20 hours on it. I'm impressed with it so far, although I believe the suspension is a little inadequate, at least compared to mt 2025 Ridge Camo. The top speed is exactly 19MPH, uphill or downhill. I have a windshield & side mirrors! In reality, I enjoy the NAV4 more than my Ridge, mainly because of the quietness, etc. I'm happy with my purchase! On my nightly 20-mile rides, I'm using about 20% of the battery charge. Impressive!

Thanks for sharing your first impression, and welcome to the forum! I recently rode around Port A in a friend's E-Z-Go with a lift and off-road tires. While it looked great, it rode as rough as an old stagecoach! It also wandered all over the road, and it felt like the steering wheel was tied to the front wheels with a rope like a kid's handmade go-kart. I would hope that the Nav handles much better, and I bet it gets better as it breaks in. Do you think have more people in it would help load the springs more? I wonder if there are pre-load adjustments on the shocks, like some ATVs have, that you could click down to make the ride softer?

In reality, my old 1994 EZGO golf cart had about as good suspension as this NAV. With 4 people and my 25-pound Chug, I found the suspension slightly better. My NAV handles very well, sold steering, etc. I don't think the NAV suspension can be adjusted.
 
If you have the opportunity to inspect your Nav shocks, please let us know if you notice an adjustment ring on the shock, as shown in the image below.
