my “neighborhood” has a lot of electric golf carts that typically pass me at 25-29 mph. we share some streets with cars and trucks going 35-40 mph. I don’t always feel safe at 19 mph with someone tailgating me in a F150! who would? I agree with comments I read here about the limited speed...
