my “neighborhood” has a lot of electric golf carts that typically pass me at 25-29 mph. we share some streets with cars and trucks going 35-40 mph. I don’t always feel safe at 19 mph with someone tailgating me in a F150! who would? I agree with comments I read here about the limited speed decision by Kawasaki is not likely to change, and HOPE that a simple fix by an ingenious 3rd party would be possible and include a set of seatbelts for those who want them. a 25-29mph limit seems reasonable. should be an easy challenge for an electrical engineer.

Yep, the limited 19MPH speed is a bummer for sure, but I now have 170 hours on my NAV4e, and thoroughly enjoy it—my Kawaki Ridge Camo is a great machine, but way too loud & gets almost zero use in warm weather. The quietness of the NAV 4 is addictive, and my rescue dog, GG, loves the NAV, but hates the Ridge.

The speed is the reason I didn’t purchase. If they figured that out, I may consider. The other thing I didn’t like was the position of the accelerator pedal. Very uncomfortable.

This is the unit I’m looking at now once it’s available in the States.
