This was my message to the dealership.
Hello, just letting you know that the new top isn't much better than the old one. I don't want to burden you with this, but Kawasaki told me that I have to contact my dealer first. It seems to be a common enough problem to request a recall. Either building new tops with a thicker, more rigid material. Or designing crossbars for each of the 2 roof sections.
Kawasaki's thoughtful design of utilizing the A pillar tubes to drain the water is brilliant. But the sag in the top, renders those drains useless.
Let me know if you get a response from Kawasaki with a permanent solution.
